garlic sauce
take 2 boil potato 1/2 cup curd and 2 to 3 garlic and 2 table spoon mayo and salt to taste. put all theses things in the mixer and grind it very well till all the sauce is like nice smooth paste . pour it in a big bowl and enjoy it with chips, bread and also with chicken.

Cant make this one the DH hates garlic ,me I like a little but it leaves a taste in my mouth.I think what happened with the DH was he had a dish given him at a friends house a few years ago and it was pasta with meat balls, she had thrown in cloves of garlic and he crunched into one, since then he had an aversion to it ...however your sauce sounds great .
