penis pain and abdominal discomfort

I have been having pain in my penis for a few days.  It feels like it is mainly in the urinal track.  The most discomfort is in the evening after I have been laying down for a while.  The head feels sensitive, but I have no discoloration or change in appearance outside of the fact it has retracted in size.  I have had frequent urinations, more than normal, less in volume.  My low abdomin feels full and slightly sore.  There constant dull pay in the head at the hole and in side the hole...any thoughts.

Hi,

You clearly have a bladder disorder.  With the history of enuresis (bedwetting) as a child and now urge incontinence and fecal incontinence you need to see a neurologist and have a work up of your spine.  Developmental problems of the spine and pinched nerves can cause bladder and bowel problems plus sensations in your penis and urethra.  You will also need to see a urologist who specializes in voiding disorders, possibly repeat the urodynamic study of your bladder to figure out what is the problem, and start treatment, probably with a drug for overactive bladder initially.  Its unlikely you have Interstitial Cystitis.

Wow, thanks! I never would have suspected a neurological problem would be related at all. Probably should have mentioned the back problems I've been having that started at the same time.
Would you then say the reddish bumpbs (on my forhead and upper back) are unrelated, or might that be tied in there too?
I probably sound like a hypochondriac, huh? What's Ironic is I never had any medical problems (aside from an overactive bladder) until this started.

I don't know how much of this is related but if anyone has a clue of what might be wrong with me, let me know.
I'm a skinny, white, 24-year-old male. 6 foot, 150 lbs.
Ever since I can remember, I've had trouble controlling my bladder. I wet the bed tilI was 7 or 8. I pee very often and can't hold it without a great deal of effort. Growing up I hardly ever drank water, only high sugar, high caffeine drinks like Surge, Mountain Dew, or Vault. In my teens I drank a lot of energy drinks, and coffee. As you can imagine, my bladder has been through hell. Well, apparently it's payback time, because about six months ago, I started feeling a burn in my bladder whenever I had to pee, and almost lost all control of my bladder at all. When it wants to go, it goes, and I better be ready for it. The burn continues down the urethra and remains even after I'm done peeing. Now, here's the weird thing. I only have urge incontinence if I'm awake. Possibly because I'm standing up, I don't know. Here are a few other symptoms and when they started:

Abdominal swelling after eating (looks like I'm bloated) - 4 months ago
Stomach feels full all the time - 3 months ago
Reddish zit-like bumps that don't pop - 3 months ago
Pain in lower left abdomen near the base of me leg when I need to pee - 1 month ago
If I hold my urine in too long, I get fecal incontinence. Yeah, gross. - 1 month ago
When I eat, I have to **** right away - 1 month ago

As for the usual questions, yes it gets harder to hold it in if I'm doing anything, no I don't have a UTI, chlamydia, or ghonorhea (tested negative for all three, twice for the first one). I don't have any weird compulsions or repulsions, except for high fructose corn syrup. Blech. No more of that.
It feels like something is growing inside me and im not big enough for it plus urine plus food. What it would be I have no idea. Oh yeah, one last note. When I was a kid my mom took me to the hospital to figure out why I was wetting the bed. They put a tube down my urethra and filled up my bladder with some kind of liquid. That's the only other fact I know about my urinary tract.
Please respond if you have any thoughts whatsoever.

Hi,
Its unclear what this is by the history alone.  There are problems like interstitial cystitis and chronic prostatitis that can cause pain radiating down the urethra into the head of the penis.  First a structural problem needs to be ruled out by a cystoscopy, a look down the urethra to look for a urethral stricture or bladder problem. A urinalysis, culture, and urethral swab would rule out a bacterial or sexually transmitted infection.  You need to see your primary care doctor to rule out the infections and possible a referral to a Urologist who can sort out the other issues if there is no infection found.   Good Luck.
