Bladder pressure and frequency

Hello. I am a 43 year old male and have a problem that I have to urinate every hour. It starts with a pressure in my bladder as urine starts to fill the bladder and the longer I wait to postpone blind to the restroom the more unbearable is the pressure. Once I run to the bathroom to void I no longer have the symptom. Then it starts all over again with the hour. I have done urine cytology urine test pelvic ct scan sonogram and scope in my bladder. And nothing was found  prostate is also fine. Honestly I cannot deal with the symptoms anymore and I have not gotten any sleep for over a month. Any advice of what this could be would be greatly appreciate

There are dietary changes people make for IC that can be helpful.  Switch to mint tea from coffee is one thing.

It could be interstitial cystitis.  For temporary relief you could try Azo-Standard to numb your urinary tract.  I mean NUMB it.  This may be disconcerting for a man whereas not so strange for a woman, but it may give you nice pain relief for a little while.  However, it turns your urine fluorescent orange.
