Kidney stone or UTI

About a week ago I had a kidney stone. Days later I still had irritation and constantly felt like I had to urinate. My doctor found no blood in my urine and put me on medicine for a UTI to get rid of the feeling of having too pee.I'm done taking the medicine and still feel like I have to pee even after I go. When I do go there is no burning. Can someone help me get rid of this feeling??

Well its been 2 weeks now and now have blood in my urine. Found out I have a 3.5mm stone stuck causing my urine to flow around it. Which explains the feeling of having to pee. If it doesn't pass in the next few weeks I have to go back and have a stint put in.

HI,
Feeling of having too pee quite too often can be due to UTI or due to local irritation near the urethra, urinary caruncle, or when a renal stone is trying to pass out. Drinking plenty of water and using urinary alkalizers will help. Consult your Doctor.
