Uti like symptoms, but tested negative for everything

About 3 1/2 weeks ago, a day before I got my period, I started having the frequent urge to urinate and it seemed to me like a UTI since I have had them before. It was a Saturday when it really started to bother me so I decided to go to urgent care to figure it out. The doctor told me my urine was normal but he still prescribed me antibiotics (Keflex). I took the antibiotics for 4 days only when I was supposed to take it for 7 because I started having really bad side effects and my symptoms weren't improving. The next day after i stopped taking the antibiotics it appeared that I had a yeast infection. I bought the over the counter miconazole hoping that this all was just a bad yeast infection but that made my symptoms worse. I ended up in the ER that night with, according to the doctors, side effects from the antibiotics (keflex). I was now at the end of my period and it seemed like things were actually kind of improving. I decided to see my gynecologist a couple of days anyways to make sure nothing else was going on. As soon as she looked at me she said I had a yeast infection and told me to get the over the counter inserts again. So i did the full 7 day treatment of miconazole and during that week my symptoms actually seemed to be going away. After my last application, the next morning my symptoms returned, except now I have a slight discomfort on labia and vulva and itch every now and then, frequent urge to urinate, and occasionally it burns a bit when I pee. They tested me for a uti, yeast, and stds at the gyno and EVERYTHING was negative. I have been incredibly stressed out lately which is causing a lot of anxiety. I have been searching the internet like crazy, but I am terrified to think I have interstitial cystitis or anything else that doesn't have a cure. I have tried D-mannose, cranberry pills, and uva ursi. I tend to have high anxiety in general so I wonder if this can all be due to anxiety, but it just doesn't make sense. Please help!

I pee a lot too when I have anxiety but my anxiety is a little better and my peeing never went away so I went to a urologist who said it was stress and anxiety most likely however she believes my bladder is overactive. Never ran test just gave me Vesicare that I have been on for 3 days and I actually feel worse....but I have been told that it takes up to 2weeks to start working so I want to stop but I feel like I have to give it a chance.
It' so expensive though but hey if it makes it so I don't pee every hour then I'd gladly spend the money! I too had all negative test done and an ultrasound....uro dismissed IC said it is mostly pain but I read that some people do get IC diagnosis w/out pain - I think the doctors don't know much about this disease so I think some people are not properly diagnosed and others may even be wrongly diagnosed. But I do think it's a possibility. The worse part is the waiting game.

Hey thanks for commenting. I forgot to mention that at the ER I told the doctor I thought I had a yeast infection and they gave me two pills for that and that was before I went to the Gyno. I have had BV once before and also asked my gyno to specifically test for that along with everything else and that came back negative as well. Maybe I will try another yeast medication but because I took two different antifungals already that's why I'm stumped =(

Do you possibly have bacterial vaginosis ? It could be possible the over the counter meds were not strong enough to completely get rid of the yeast infection yet it was not enough yeast infection present to show up on the test. There is another type of med thats over the counter for yeast infection that isn't the one you have taken and the generic name of it starts with a "T" just look for the one with the different name than the one you got and try it. You may need  diflucan prescribed by your doctor to get rid of the yeast infection.
