frequently urination

I'm 23 year old male, I have problems of frequently urination since three years, frequency is per hour in day & 1-2 time at sleep, but sometime I goes to release urine more frequently in every 15 minutes with full pressure.
All tests shows nothing & doctors treatment given me temporary relief many time but things started as same as earlier.
Suggest me the right way

I would recommend starting to look at your diet...keep it VERY alkaline...non-acidic. I have had IC for 24 years and you name it...I have done it...DMSO installs (which helped some) but made me smell of rotten eggs...I am not even sure they do that treatment any longer...but they do installs with something to coat the bladder lining...if the Dr. doesn't want to do this...you can try pyridium (it was rx when I started but is now over the counter) Uristat or AZO dependent on what part of the world you live in...this also coats the bladder and is a go to for me if/when I flare...Prelief is another you might try and it's over the counter...Inositol is another...just start with one at a time though or you won't know what's working and what's not...
Next....NEVER EVER use cranberry with IC...it's VERY acidic...and though it's wonderful to not allow bacteria to attach to the bladder lining it will make your pain worse (or at least it does for me) I use D-mannose as it does the same thing without inflaming my bladder...took me years to figure that one out...but I tested it countless times to be sure and it was horrible for my IC...although we do all have different triggers...so we all have to decide...

I have also done the bladder distention which did not do anything except cause more issues with my pelvic organ prolapse issues...but that one is not one as a man you have to worry about so it might be worth a try...I will not do that one again either...

Another thing...the bladder is a muscle that means it can be trained...at my worst I was peeing 60-100 times a day...I was miserable...I have blood in my urine off and on but have been able to manage my pain well with what I am sharing...so in regards to the bladder as a muscle...you can train it to not have to go so often...not easy...but doable...so how I did it...I started by when the urge came I would wait 5 minutes...when that became comfortable I went 10 and upped it to the point of only going hourly and I was VERY happy with this...also getting up only 2 times a night...so I was happy...fast forward to now...mind you I have had many pelvic surgeries for endometriosis and pelvic organ prolapse...which does cause me some issues because all things in the pelvis are VERY interconnected! If none of this works...you might want to investigate the interstim device as I have that too and I thought I was doing so well..but when that was put in ... If I had not known better I would have thought they took my bladder out...I felt really great...unfortunately I am in here because I am in a flare again...but I saw your post and thought maybe something in my journey might help you in yours...good luck and push water...fresh lemon helps because when it enters your system it becomes alkaline...all other citrus is not the same and can actually make things worse as well as too much vinegar, meat, sugar, tomato...another thing...alternate ice/heat on the painful area...ice brings the inflammation down and heat calms the muscles down because pain makes them clench...making the vicious cycle continue...Antibiotics will only help if you actually have a bacterial infection...otherwise they can actually make things worse...(or that has been my story) so make sure you have a bacterial infection...probiotics and digestive enzymes are always good for those of us with any issues down there...hope this helps and if you have any questions about my journey that you would like to know more because it might help you...don't hesitate to ask...are you under the care of a good urologist? you might seek a second opinion...never hurts to have a new set of eyes...;)

I think this may be of some aid.

My doctors says they don't find anything in my urine dip either but I think it has to do maybe with the bacteria sticking to the bladder walls and not being released if the person hasn't been drinking any cranberry(right before the test).

I have been drinking plenty of cranberry juice lately and I have felt some relief from it but for some reason I feel it hasn't entirely been swept away from the acidity of the fruit. At one point I thought I eliminated all the bacteria because I was sleeping peacefully at night but then to my desmise I got more frequency to go and all my efforts plundered down the drain for reasons unknown.

Before this, I have noticed I had few fissures somewhere, near my anus   which made me see these two things as being interrelated . I tried like 3 different antibiotics the doctors prescribed to me but none has worked and I learned right now that I have allergy to sulfa antibiotics.

The only thing I can give you for advice is to not entirely rely on antibiotics to help with the symtoms you have but also do your part to help the antibiotics do better their jobs. Ask your doctor to give you something your not allergic to and can do a more potent job than the other ones they gave you and then drink more cranberry juice. Plus take a dose of cranberry pills with vitamin C to make sure no new bacteria stick to the walls of your bladder. When choosing cranberry juice, pick the one that says 100% juice because that's the one that usually has no sugar added.
