DO I NEED a CABG

I am 67years old, of Asian descent, mildly tablet controlled diabetic .I had chest pain afew weeks ago and am currently symptom free, om multiple medications. My ECHO is normal with 70%ejection fraction. I underwent an angiogram that showed 90%ostial lesion of LAD,(severely calcified) 60% lesion of circumflex and 70% lesion of RCA. I do not want a CABG -could this be treated medically or by PCI.
Thanks

You could get the angiogram reviewed by an interventional cardiologist to see if PCI is possible. Genrally ostial and calcified lesions are more difficullt to intervene upon. You should be good medical management irrespective of revascularization option.
