Need advise

I the last 2 years I have had 6 stents in my LAD starting at the very top. I had by-pass and both graphs failed. I now have a 90% blockage in my D1 of my LAD. My cardiologist tells me there is nothing he can do for it because it is only a 1 cm artery. My question is how concerned should I be and is there treatment that can be done to open this blockage. I'm not very keen on having  CABG again, especially since the last one did not work. Thanks for any info.

That was my first thought until I seen this was one of the arteries one of my CABG grafts was attached to. Which by the way is attached to the wrong side of the blockage to help if the graft had not failed.  If it were an not neccesary artery would or should I have a graft attached to it. And I am having Angina very frequently.  Thank you very much for reponding.

The coronary blood vessel you describe seems to be a small vessel and probably does not supply blood to a large portion of your heart. If this is the case, opening this blood vessel would be helpful only if you are having chest pain related to this blockage.
