Rapid Heart Rate

What would cause a rapid pulse up to 135+ and lower number in B/P to elevate, ie 137/123?

  Thanks,   Razmuhtaz

Caffeine can certainly do that, so can exercise! If you are concerned about this being an abnormal rhythm (it is occuring when you are at rest) then you should discuss this with your physician and consider the placement of a monitor.
