What is my risk?

I'm 32 and I have had mild chest pain for a year.  It comes and goes and it really isn't that uncomfortable.  I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and had 2 normal EKGs done in the ER.  I take a baby aspirin a day.  My cholesterol levels are great and I've always had great (low normal) blood pressure.  I get a fair amount of exercise.  I do smoke 4 cigarettes a day (trying to quit!).  I'm wondering if I should ask for a cardiac work up.  There's no history of heart disease in my family to my knowledge.  I'm wondering if this is just part of my anxiety or if I'm being an idiot for not demanding something be done.  I truly appreciate your help.

Although your risk for having significant coronary heart disease at this age is low, smoking definitely adds to the risk. A normal treadmill stress test would be reassuring.
