arm/chest pain after heart attack

my husband had a heart attack in March. Had an angioplasty/+2 stents and all of the usual meds. Since the attack, he has muscular pain in his chest/and arms. Has been tested...no enzymes...stopped statins after just 2 weeks of use. Had another nuclear stress test...ok. Any ideas? He is 50, not overweight, no high cholesterol, no high bp, is a diet controlled diabetes.

This is unusual to have these symptoms and likely this is not related to the statins since he has been off of them for quite a while.  Talk to the doctor to make sure it is not a sign of further blockage in the arteries as the nuclear tests are not 100% in detecting a problem.

I had heart attack 1 aug 06 (2 years now) 2 stents RCA, i walk on tread mill (and i have to), don't smoke any more (38 years up until event); i try to eat right.  Yes I am overweight been working on it for awhile. I still have pain in the front center upper left side of my chest as well as my back center. The pain is almost constant more often than not, but it usually is low level. It has been mentioned to my Doc's. Oh also had stress test last dec and I am 48 years old.
