Your blood pressure is a dynamic measurement and it can change from moment to moment. It should increase with activity and decrease with rest. Your symptoms could be a sign that you are not in good physical condition as it sounds like all of your heart tests are normal. Try to gradually increase your activity and see if the symptoms improve.
PS, I had a sleep study, I have very mild sleep apnea and the pulmonologist said it's quite unlikely the cause of all this. The cardioligist cannot find anythign either.
