chest, back, and neck pain

I'm 33 yrs old and I've been having this very odd pain that I can only describe as feeling like a razor blade is slowly making its way around deep inside my chest, traveling slowly into my upper spine area, and up into my throat.    It's a pain like no other I've felt.....it almost paralyzes me and causes me to just not want to talk or move or be bothered until it passes....lasts for minutes up to 30 minutes.      I had a negative cardiac stress test, echo, and chest xray

This is clearly not cardiac.  Have you had a CT or MRI of the thoracic and cervical spine??
