chest muscle pain

About 3 weeks ago, going on 4 weeks coming up my husband went to the ER because of dizziness and chest pain.  But they diagnosed the dizziness as Orthostatic Intolerance.  The bp drops alot when he stands up.  But the pain comes and goes and the ER doc said it was a pulled muscle and the EKG showed normal.  His cardiologist did EKG and that was normal.  He is going for a complete stress test in a few weeks and it might not just be OI but possibly the arteries making him dizzy.

Is that the same symptoms as OI.  He gets dizzy when standing up too fast or from sitting.

But we were wondering what is the painfrom.  It's on the left side on the chest part and near the ribcage.  Once in awhile the pain goes across the chest but not mostly.  He takes aspirin and it takes away alot of the pain.  Sometimes he doesn't have to take aspirin for 2 days and then sometimes everyday.

Is this a heart problem or more like a pulled muscle?  He desn't have any shortness of breath.

The stress test will clarify if this is related to the heart. If that is normal, the pain could be from a pulled muscle
