edema now numbness and cramping

I'm 31 yrs old,  I had been having heart palpitations (early beats) and weakness/fatigue for many months,  then I started having equal sized pitting edema in both lower legs / ankles.     The usual blood tests were normal and my stress echo//holter monitor was normal except the early beats..  Now the edema persists but I started having cramping and vague pain and tingling especially in my left leg / ankle.     But my doctor (i just moved so i haven't been with him long and don't know how to trust him)...he gave no reason to investigate any of this anymore.    Do you know what this can be?

I do exercise daily 30-45 mins of cardio

Sorry people, did not mean to get your age wrong, you used 36 and 31 yesterday on two forums, need to learn to use the same age on the same day.

Hope you get some help.

So which is it, you were 31 on the Heart Disease Expert forum yesterday and on the same day you were 31 on this forum asking the same question. HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO ASK THIS QUESTION 20,25,30 times? These are good doctors, trust them, take their advice and follow up with your personal doctors. Asking this same question over and over and over is simply not fair to the others that want to get a question posted plus you are letting the anxiety rule you life.

Please get some help with the anxiety.

One of the things I would consider is a kidney problem that causes you to spill protein in your urine. It's not very often that 31 y/o people have pitting edema. Are you overweight? That can also contribute. I would make sure you have had : a)an echocardiogram to evaluate the systolic function of the heart and b)consider a urine evaluation for protein

Also, look into new medications and low thyroid. Good luck
