feels like death

my husband keeps saying he feels like he's going to die.  He has a heart murmer, about 2 years ago his heart stopped and he had to be revived.  he went to a cardiologist and the doctor took his money (no insurance) and said," well, you're ekg is fine, eat more bananas and less caffeine" and scurried off to lunch. I'm not exaggerating

His symptoms are sharp chest pains, numb and tingly hands, he feels like he is suffocating all the time...i watch him all day and all night and he is constantly taking huge gasps of air.

He's just suffering and we're expecting a baby in 3 months...he can't get insured because of all the pre-existing conditions, it's horrible.  I just don't know what to do, we're desperate here

Clearly your husband needs to have a complete evaluation to get at the cause of his problem.  This should be done as quickly as possible.

go to the  ER. why wait?. You know what they say , there are good doctors there are really bad ones too but they ARE both seeing patients today. find a good one or go to the ER. watch his diet.thats what i would do.
