i had two aortic valve's replace

I'm a 52 year old man ,  i had a aortic valve replace in 2005, in 2006 i had a pacemaker put in, in 2007 my aortic valve leaking again and had nother aortic valve, July 2008 that aortiv valve is leaking..         Should i get a Machanical aortic valve.
please help me

It depends on how bad the valve is leaking --if it is mild or moderate you don't have to be in any rush and the valve can be followed by periodic echocardiograms.  If you  do need another valve and you can take warfarin you likely should have a mechanical valve.

i had two aortic tissure pig valve , and both of them leaking, in 3 years time only, why is this happing.
