low heart rate

i recently wore a heart holter for 24 hours.  the result said i had premature arteril contractions.  my heart rate went down below 41 beats especially in the mornings and had a average beat of 69.  i have sudden dizziness and fatigue, feelings of suddenly passing out but i catch myself, and panic or anxiety attacks.  what could be going on with me sometimes i feel a small achy pain in my chest but it goes away and it also feels tight sometimes.  my doctor is sending me for a stress test is this going to help or is there some other kind of test i need.  help i've got to find out whats going on with me.

thank u for replying.  had my stress test yesterday and i think i did well.  I'm 34 years old and weigh 180 and am 5'7" tall.  i have sudden dizziness, anxiety, sometimes when i get up in the mornings if feel as though my face is swollen and my mouth and tongue feel numb.  i feel very weak or fatigued all the time and have no energy.  i am B-12 deficent and take injections 1 time a month of 1ml.  I'm currently on klonopin of .5 mg a day and am unable to drive because i'm afraid that something will happen and have not been able to work since May of this year.  Any more ideas as to what could be wrong with me.  Can any kind of sinus conditions cause stuff like this.  I know I do have a mucous cyst on my sinuses.  Help please.

I think a stress test is a good place to start.  Generally, premature atrial contractions are benign and don't require treatment but the symptoms you are having should be evaluated.
