recurrent chest pains

For several weeks I have experienced a discomfort in my chest that often radiates to my throat. I am a 51-year old female with a pacemaker implanted this year. I have also experienced shortness of breath, similar to what I had prior to the pacemaker.  The pain comes and goes, sometimes apparent in the night.  Ativan can relax me me, but not cause the symptoms to disappear entirely.  How concerned should I be?  In January, I had various tests from stress to catheritization prior to the pacemaker.  Thank you.

If you had a catheterization then you should know whether or not you have coronary disease (blockages in the arteries). I would read that report carefully -- or feel free to repost on this site with further questions.
