1 year of diarrhea still no diagnosis

My problem started last year in september. One day I was fine and the next day I had diarrhea, chills and fever. I went to a gastroenterologist and received a treatment for gastroenteritis. It didn't work, my syptoms got worse, I had fever every other 5 days, high fever 39 degrees and every morning some kind of watery and yellowish diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy and my doctor told me I had crohn's disease but the biopsy came out inconclusive. I didn't want to take imunosuppresors so I waited till January but I lost a lot o weight, I couldn't eat anything because I was throwing up so I had no other choise but to take my doctors advice and start treatment for chron's. The minute I received my treatment I felt much better but then after 4 months I made a very severe adverse reaction to the medicine and decided to stop taking it and wait to see what happens. In august my loose stools came back. I accidentally met someone who told me I might have food intolerances. So I decided to start a diet and it really worked the minute I started it, I avoid gluten, lactose, sugar, fructose and many other but it was worth it. My stools became normal, I wasn't feeling dizzy anymore which I realised only then and wasn't tired anymore..I had these syptoms for 2 or 3 years but I thought I was working too much and it was normal. So I continued the diet ( actually now I am trying the FODMAP diet, dont know if I am doing it the whright way) but now I feel like I am loosing control of things, I have normal stools but every other day again diarrhea only in the morning amd I know its related to food (I made the test and drank milk, I felt dizzy and went to the toilet right away), I know I dont have crohns but no one can tell me what I have. If I go back to my doctor he will tell me I have Crohns and wont listen to me, I don't know where to go or what to do, I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice. Thank you!
