Anyone experiencing the same?

Hi everyone, I'm 22 and have been suffering from constant nausea and stomach problems for well over a year and a half maybe 2 years now, I think it all started after I had a very rough time and gt slightly depressed, I'm in a much better place now but still have so many problems with my stomach! I've had so many blood tests, endoscopy, stool samples, urine samples, the lot, and the only thing the doctors can pin it too is IBS, I mainly feel sick at night times before going to bed, it keeps me up, some months I can barely eat a thing because everything things makes me feel sick and other months only random things will trigger it, it's getting to me now making me scared to do things in case I feel ill!! Im so bloated all the time, my stomach is constantly making embarrassing noises and I'm always burping!

Taking a bath helps the nausea sometimes, I'm never actually sick at all, I've also thought it could all be in my head as I've always had quite s big phobia of being sick, I just want to start being normal again and not have to worry constantly if I'm going to feel ill! Anyone have any tips to help with the nausea? I never drink, occasional smoker, healthish weight, any help would be much appreciated as its really getting me down now, also my breath is constantly terrible! Always have to carry gum around with me, it gets so embarrassing

Thank you everyone

Forgot to add, a sip or two of clean water when you're done with the lemon water helps minimize any throat irritation and dental issues due to the acid.

By "sick" do you mean the nausea and indigestion or do you have bowel issues also?

It sounds like chronic indigestion. Possibly due to low stomach acid, which might explain why it's worse at night as well as the burping and bloating.

Cut out any potential irritants like coffee (even decaf), dairy and greasy food. During the day, sip on lemon water (make it a little extra sour). Ginger is a great digestive aid. I've successfully treated indigestion with a mix of crushed ginger (from a jar - produce section), lemon juice and honey (melted together with just enough water to take the edge off the acidity). I took a few spoonfuls throughout the day.

Remember to sip not guzzle any liquid, especially during mealtimes, as that will only dilute your stomach acid further.

Eat small amounts at a time. Be careful reintroducing dairy in case you have lactose intolerance.

I really do hope this helps.
