Could this be IBS?

Ive been having some stomach issues.  Most recent was diarrhea one day then next few days hard to go, bloating, and tenderness in the left lower abdomen area.   I don't know if im constipated or having possibly IBS.  TIA

How's your fiber intake?  Most of us do not get enough.  My son has constipation and he will use a stool softener or laxative like once a week.  It really helps him.  Probiotics help.  Knowing stress triggers and avoiding or at least managing them will help.  Let me know how you are doing!
