Does anyone have elevated B12 levels, fatigue, and IBS?

Hi, I have been tested 3 times over the last 3 years for a workup for fatigue symptoms (including anxiety, fatigue, decreased exercise tolerance, etc), and the only thing that keeps coming back is a high vitaming B12 level. My doctors all just report that they don't know why that is, but not to worry about it. When I google it, most research studies say that it's important to rule out blood cancers and liver malignancies, and that there is no benign explanation for it. I'm just hoping to find anyone who has had this, and has any experience. Thanks!
