Fecal odor reuined my life

Im a 25 year old guy. Very good hygiene. My problem started 1 1/2 years ago. My life is normal before. Then it happened. I started to smell like poop. Im positive it coming from my anus. Because i can feel a feces is somewhat in my anus, but i dont feel an urge or even if i tried nothing come out. Also, after i finished my bm i always felt like i never really flushed out evrything. Its like theres always something in there. By the way, i think i smell before i go to bm and after. So basically i always smell unfortunately. Bad thing is, i never smell myself, i only rely on my close friends (only have few of those) to tell me that i smell. There one time i smelled myself though, when i was in my little room. Oh boy, i smell like ****. Can somebody please help me. Right now. Idc about the world anymore. Im ready to go on a suicide anytime.
