Help severe back pain on my ribs when I lay down

I'm 35 yr old female I am obese but losing weight, I have ibd I'm in pain in the back lower and on my side when I lay down to were I'm crying. I got no kidney stones and no kidney infection I'm in so much pain also my ribs hurt on my sides when I lay down to could this be together
