Thank you for the suggestions vino14.
Hi, I also have IBS-D self diagnosed. I personally have few food intolerances that triggers it and avoid those. I came across Dr. Dhalman(hope is correct ) on youtube and learned quite a lot. Supposedly IBS-D is related to an imbalance in the gut, therefore the problems. I did follow the protocol and diet things he mentioned and felt really good for a while. I started using Diatomaceous Earth and it helps not to have the runs. I'm using a probiotic and it helps versus not using one. One that makes the biggest difference is Saccharomyces Boulardii and you can buy it on its own, and most probiotics don't have it in the formula. I take it at night before going to bed about 2 hours after eating . There are certain food plans to follow for this type of ailment, but I didn't want to try any of them. Is important to do an elimination diet like Dr. Dhalman suggests, that way you know for sure what triggers are specific to your body. He has a free download book that you can read and see if is something you can try. Hope this helps you. Short story, this doesn't go away on its own, you have to takes steps to heal your gut. Once you have it, you always have it, you just learn to manage it best you can. That's why is important to know your triggers. Best of luck to you!
