I think I am dying but doctor says im completely fine

A month and a week ago I had diarrhea and went to a like minute clinic place that’s run by our hospital. They told me i had just a virus and it will go away and take some immodium. Went home fine and took the immodium and started to feel a pressure under my left rib and it started to freak me out and was extremely consitpated. (at the minute clinic i saw my blood pressure and it was extremely high and it gave me a panic attack) (let me also say that i am 19 years old male and weigh 325 pounds). After i got back from the minute clinic i thought my life was ending bc i thought i was on the verge of a heart attack. Went to doctor again a few days later and he told me i had gastritis this time and prescribed me zantac to take everyday. this didn’t help. went again a week later and got a x-ray and came back clear. I was going to minute clinic’s because i had not gotten a primary doctor after i had turned 18 so i was waiting for my appointment which was 3 weeks away when my stomach problems started and that gave me a lot of aniexty. After the first doctor visit i completely changed my eating habits and with not having a appetite it helped me get through it. in one month i lost 25 pounds i went from 350 to 325. My stool was changing everyday one day it was super soft one day it was a little bit on the harder side and it kept switching up. I was getting very bloated. Let me say I am not in any pain except a little bit in the abdomen here and there whenever I eat but it’s not pain it’s just blaoting discomfort. The day i actually went to my primary doctor and got a full check up and got blood work. The doctor told me she thinks i’m completely fine and probably just have some food sensitivity and we need to figure it out. She did the celiac disease test and it came back negative so it’s not celiac. Blood work came back and everything was normal except slightly elivaged liver enzymes. Before the doctor called me i saw the results on the mychart app and saw the results for my ALT and googled it and immediately had a panic attack and fell and i couldn’t see and started to immediately feel pain on my right side under my rib. The doctor called me to tell me that everything is fine in my blood work and i’m healthy but my liver enzymes were slightly elevated from being obese and she wants me to continue losing weight. The call made me feel better but for some reason deep down i think i have cancer somewhere and it’s spreading quick. Before celiac came back negative i went on a gluten and dairy free diet and the pressure under my left rib immediately started to fade. When they called to tell me celiac was negative i started to feel the pressure under my left rib again and it started giving me a panic attack. I am very very scared of death so i don’t know if it’s my mind doing this or not. I started to twitch and have muscle spasms and started having a panic attack over that. I’ve messaged my doctor so many times on my chart and it’s only been a week since i’ve seen her and i’m scared she’s gonna think i’m crazy but i’m scared like guinely scared. Everyday i wake up and cry because i think i’m on my final days and i don’t know what to do about it because everyone is saying i’m fine and i feel like i’m hopeless. I had a panic attack at work yesterday and tried to make my parents take me to the ER because i need them to check me. At work i was shaking very bad and i thought i was starting to get MS or the cancer has spread to my nerves or something. My step mom who is in the medical field called me and talked me through it and she told me she really doesn’t think anything’s wrong with me because my blood work is perfectly normal and the doctor thinks i’m fine. She continued to say that she thinks the reason i’m having bowel problems is because i cold turkey completely changed my diet. i was eating around 3,000-5,000 calories a day to 1,000-1,500 and completely stopped fried food and only ate rice and chicken and completely cut off coffee. The doctor does message me back to let me know that i’m fine but i just don’t believe her at all for some reason and i don’t know why. I’m having a ultrasound next week of my upper abdomen that i wanted just to make sure it’s not cancer. I had more of a normal bowel movement today but decided to drink coffee for the first time in a month and poop came out like powdery which is what it is sometimes. i have rarely no abdominal pain but still get bloated. I don’t know if i should be on aniexty medication or something or if my mind is actually right or if i shouldn’t worry. (i smoke weed everyday to help with aniexty but if i start to think about my digestive problems it sends me into a very bad high and i start to feel pain in my abdomen) Please let me know what you guys think of my situation, should i be worried?

Two things. I definitely had those stomach symptoms before I permanently stopped eating gluten. Now if I have a slip up the same stomach symptoms come back. I tested negative for celiac. I even have to stay home sometimes because the bloating and discomfort is really bad. But in addition you seem to have anxiety so try checking out the anxiety forum. You'll hear lots of others with similar thoughts.
