IBS caused me weight loss does I BS gets cured with time or is life long disease?

I got IBS one year ago it is ibs_d ,I have lost much weight too,recently I have started mebeverine hcl it has lessened the diarrhea symptoms but food triggers are still present, so I wanted to ask does this IBS gets cured leave us or is life long disease?
Will I 'll be able to eat eggs, spicy food and drink milk again like one year ago I was normal or not?

I had to give up dairy, gluten and bananas. Also peanuts. I will never be reintroducing them to my diet because when I accidentally eat them I get IBS symptoms that I haven't had for so long. It's comforting that I found my remedy but no I can't go back to the foods that cause me symptoms
