I am no doctor but I believe I read somewhere that the vagal nerve which controls the anxiety in your brain also controls bowel movements. So sometimes when a person has a bowel movement that vagal nerve also stimulates your anxiety. It also can cause a person to pass out.

There are other anti anxiety/antidepressant medications besides Clonazepam.  It takes trial and error to find the right one for you.  I would try one that has less potential of addiction than Clonazepam first.

I dunno, I kinda get that too. I feel like my bowels are somehow connected to my brain.  I get not really anxiety, but a really bad feeling in my brain overall. Like something just isnt right. A little later I will get diarrhea.  You could try clonozepam, didn't help me though.
