Ibs after Laparoscoy

Hi!!!4months ago i had a Laparoscopy in order to remove a fibroid.After the surgery my belly never came back to normal.I have a permanent swelling and started having pain in my stomach like cramps.Except from the permanent swelling,every time i eat i look like pregnant.I had full blood tests,xray and ultrasound and everything came back normal.My doctor prescribed me antispasmodic pills.It helped only with the after eating swelling but still my stomach is bigger than normal.I feel like a have a moving mass in my tammy.Do you think its ibs ?I don t know what to do.Its been already 4 months and it doesn’t get any better
