Loud noises - Not sure if symptom of IBS

Hi, I have not been diagnosed with IBS but I am wondering if I maybe have a symptom of it or something else. I'm a 39 year old male. For the last year or so I've been having these very loud and constant bowel noises when I eat, and usually for an hour later. It's embarrassing, the noise is so loud and random, either groaning sounds or like passing gas internally, if that makes sense. Other than the weird noise my abdomen gets distended after eating, even small meals, it feels hard, especially near my navel. It's getting more awkward eating around others, not sure what to do to fix these issues. Thanks for taking the time to read, any advice welcome.
