Fatigue and Abdominal Pains

I have had abdominal pains for over 3 years now and i get tired from doing little or no activity.

I go to bed tired and wake up exhausted with pains all over.....

Did Ct Scans ( chest and abdomen), X rays of the chest, endoscopy and colonscopy. Blood profiled...

Had my thyroid, cortisol tested ..they are came out okay... Please i need help badly..i dont know what to do

As I mentioned to you in a private message, fatigue is not a common symptom of IBS unless you have some other condition going on related to IBS (such as chronic fatigue syndrome).

I'm having similar issues, they will be doing a HIDA test. I don't know if this will help, but  I understand, but maybe.
