Relief for Chronic Nausea?

My nausea started about 9 or 10 weeks ago and hasn't stopped since. At first, it was only at night, but after a week or two, it was a 24/7 thing. Nothing particularly seems to calm it down. Initially I thought it could be pregnancy, but after 10 negative urine tests, 2 negative blood, and 1 negative trans-vaginal ultrasound, I have to scrap that idea. Due to abdominal gas, bloating and troubles with bowels I was recently diagnosed with IBS. Is there any relief out there? Thank you.
