Right side pelvic pain

Hi. I am a 35 year old female. I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago due to gallstones. I'm now experiencing right side pelvic pain which is like a pulling, cramping kind of pain that comes and goes. Another concern I have is I bleed lightly during ovulation as well for about 2 days then it stops. I'm trying to figure out if the pelvic pain I'm experiencing is due to reproductive organs or ibs. Anyone have similar kind of symptoms? Please help
