I would incorporate more cardio [walking more, running, swimming, elliptical,etc]. Also try to reduce your red meat and pork intake. Eat more veggies, fruit and fiber.

I don't exactly care what I eat. But then also I love ice. I guess maybe that's the reason. I'm around 155+ ,I weigh 58. And I'm not really active. Last time I was but now I don't know what happed to me...
Jumping rope is very slimming. Be sure to wear a supportive bra. Learn to lift small free weights if you want to get a less doughy shape, more athletic. Working the legs with squats will help you burn a lot of calories, but many women don't like to build the big muscles, which is too bad.
