What do we test next?

15yo, male with ten lb weight loss, recurrent diarrhea, severe fatigue, stomach pain; worsens before bm and lessens after. Nothing found on endoscopy or colonoscopy. Diagnosis was IBD with possible autonomic trauma.

CT/US labs so far normal. Previous bout with mono two years ago

I, mom, have lupus and Ankylosing spondylitis. Also, he of AI diseases within family

What specialist if any do we see next?

Change diet. Eliminate the top ten allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, corn etc). Or just gluten and dairy.. It changes my life
