What is this pain that radiates behind my vaginal wall to behind my rectal wall?

This pain is so hard to describe. I have been diagnosed with IBS and small vaginal cysts which I was told is "normal" in women. The pain feels like I could get to it if it were possible to stick my finger in my vagina 2 inched in and somehow go through the vaginal wall. It also radiates to my lower back. It feels like it's in this area shared by the rectal and vaginal wall. Sometimes the pain is dull. But when I feel like I am having an attack I feel like my left abdomen is secreting acid and I have ulcer like pain that radiates to that vaginal rectal wall area sharp knife like pain which also sporadically goes down my leg. I have no rectal bleeding. I do have bloat and constipation. I've had an xray, and ct scan and everything in my abdomen looked normal and the doc  just said I had two small cysts that are not possible for her to feel in a gynoexam because it's not in the vaginal canal it's behind the wall. I have been going through this since Sept. 2016. I developed severe indigestion after foolishly trying to eat a tough peice of chuck steak and these symptoms have been present since. I keep feeling like something is stuck in my colon or my rectal wall. I have a colonoscopy scheduled a full two months from now. Don't think I can cope with this until then. Is it possible the steak is lodged somwhere? Anyone else have this pain in the rectovaginal area that lasts hours??
