blood pressure
ok this time took bp while in potty room. my blood pressure went from being 130/67 to 187/90 just because i went bathroom. any ideals. went back to normal after , there was no pushing just bad cramps, with my IBS.
Oh, but you said that your bp was 126/70 and that was somewhere around what you normally are?
they cant put me on blood pressure meds did a 24 hour study on it and i have low bp untill i have a ibs night , its the only time it goes that high.
Well any sort of cramping can definitely cause anxiety. Your blood pressure seems a little high on average and it is probably a good idea to talk to your doctor about starting on a blood pressure lowering medication.
no, but am having really bad cramps with my IBS , dont feel like am straining , but i think am a little anxiety over this to. my bp this am is 126/70 pluse 65 thas somewherearound what i normaly am. so long as i dont have the IBS cramps its good. just dont understand help.
