ibs constantly

i have ibs so bad. its gotten to the point this past week that i have been trapped on the toilet. this is the worst! lucky me my wife been bringing my meals into the bathroom but i cant take it anymore! how am i supposed to sleep when i am constantly having irratable bowels movesments. i need a doctor but i cant get off the toilet. I think this is from the Monster Energy Drink enemas i have been performing. my ibs was diagnosed last week about a week after i had been doing Monster Energy Drink enemas. They felt good at first very good for me i had a lot of energy but now i cant stop bowel moving. I think the Monster Energy Drink chemicals in it has to be the culprit. The caffeine went straight to my colon and now my body is in overdrive. I cant do this anymore im just so tired of it! any tips?

You need to stop drinking those for a while. Get back to natural whole food. If you continue to use products that are not wholesome you won't cure your IBS
