Could glomerulonephritis IgA be faked?

I am conducting a research about medical mistreatment. Currently I am focusing on urine tests and possible ways to spot fake results.

Can an average citizen fake having erythrocytes in his urine?
Say one obtains a small amount of blood. Then he separates the erythrocytes and adds it to his urine sample.
Can a routine urine test spot anything fake?

Is the erythrocytes separation from whole blood easy to do at home?

Thank you for your answers.

Not necessarily glomerulonephritis, but specifically erythrocytes in urine.

Is the erythrocytes separation from whole blood possible to do at home conditions?

Why would anyone want to fake glomerulonephritis?  Also, there are other symptoms that go along with the test results that the doctors look at when they diagnose a patient.  Seems like a really weird thing to consider.
