Decreasing eGFR

Hello, I am a 24 year old African American male. My eGFR rate has been fluctuating between the high 70s and mid 80's over the past year. When I was 19 years old my eGFR was 112. Generally, my creatinine level is usually either at the bench mark (1.3) or just a bit above. There is conflicting information online about what is normal.

My question is, should I worry about kidney disease?

Your kidney disease has been CKD2, and measures should be taken to prevent the development of the disease. If the kidney disease continues to develop, the final result can only be dialysis, kidney replacement or traditional Chinese medicine treatment.

I am an assistant and I am working in an international kidney disease hospital, I am happy to offer you some useful information, firstly you need to do an urine routine to see wheather there is protein, or blood in your urine, if you have done a urine routine, could you tell me about your urine routine result.  Thirdly,  could you tell weather your family members have a family history of high blood pressure or diabetics, it will help doctor to diagnose your disease
