HI,
How are you? How was the cytology result? It is good that the blood tests were okay. Tiredness or fatigue may be associated with stress as well as underlying medical issues. This usually resolves, but if it persists, you may need to have this checked by your attending physician also. Take care and hope to hear from you. Best regards.

I  had all my result and it was pylophrenitis, it cleared up with antiobiotics ultyrasound for kidneys, bladder and pelvic clear, however still have non visible blood in urine which was sent for cytology - still waiting results, have after four weeks found myself with the recurring symptoms today, low back pain around coccyx bone, and cannot see GP until Monday now, my blood work has all returned to normal apart from my esr which is 35.

I also took a very unexpected cold and sore throat viral thng and have felt constantly tired for month, can stress cause all of this as l am under a great deal of stress due to family illness, l have felt tired for months but dr said it was nothing, severe bedtime sweating etc,

Hi,
I understand your concern regarding your diagnostic test result. Elevated white blood cells may be caused by infection and may be associated with the slight reduction of kidney function. Mildly reduced kidney function may require observation, as well as control of blood pressure and risk factors.  If the symptoms persist, it is best that you check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
