Hemorrhagic kidney cyst

I'm a women in her early 30s and 2 months ago I started feeling this dull and consistent pain on the right side of abdomen. After a while it spread to my back (more like burning pain there) and flank pain, all happening on the right side. Urine sample showed microscopic hematuria and after some exams doctors ruled out appendicitis and any kind of gynecological issue. I had abdominal ultrasound and CT as well that showed 13 mm hemorrhagic kidney cyst on my right kidney. The only thing urologist said was to do another ultrasound in 3 months as they don't touch a cyst that small and that pain will go away. It's been 2 months now and the pain is still here, all day, every day and it doesn't show any signs of subsiding. No painkiller helps either. Although pain is not severe it is strong enough to effect my everyday life and it makes me so frustrated. What else can I do? There has to be something, a person cannot wander the world in pain for so long.
