I want to know what the radiology report means.

This is what was on the report of my CT scan.


Kidneys/Ureters/Urinary Bladder: No renal calculus or hydronephrosis..  There are subcentimeter focal hypodensities in the right kidney, appears slightly bigger when compared to the prior CT dated 9/6/2013 having intermediate density.  Urinary bladder is unremarkable.

What does this mean or indicate?
