Is this Nutcracker syndrome? MRI pic

Hi all,

Lately i've been asking for some MRIs because i'm not feeling 100%. One of my multiple symptoms is left flank pain. They have checked possible causes, but the doctor told me everything is OK. I also suffered from a varicocele, and had surgery 2 times to solve it. Then, i thought: left flank pain + varicocele= possible nutcracker syndrome candidate? I've been looking at my MRI and i can see my renal vein seems too large? And maybe compressed at one point, but not sure, because the MRI resolution is awful. Please check the pic i have uploaded,

Thanks in advance!
