Kidney Failure?

Hi, I've been having really mild pain on the right side (once-twice a day) and I was wondering if I'm having any kidney problems or its just something else? My urine seems fine, I don't have any headaches or viomiting, so I could say that I'm in good condition, but sometimes I get those pains on lower right side. And also how would I diagnose if anything wrong with my kidneys?

Thanks in advance

Hi, this could be muscular pain, kidney stone, colitis, etc. To rule out kidney issues get urine routine microscopy done along with ultrasound. Usually in case of stones, urine shows infection and cast or red blood cells.

Try plenty of fluids and topical application of counterirritants for 3 days, if no relief is observed, do consult doctor and get investigations done.
