Hi,
How are you? Hematuria is the presence of red blood cells in the urine, In particular, gross hematuria can be seen with the naked eye. In hematuria, the kidneys or other parts of the urinary tract allow blood cells to leak into urine. A number of problems can cause this leakage, including: urinary tract infections, kidney infections, a bladder or kidney stone. kidney disease, kidney injury, certain medications and strenuous exercise. Treatment for hematuria depends on the cause. If no serious condition is causing the hematuria, no treatment is necessary. Your ultrasound seems fine. It is best to discuss this with your doctor for proper evaluation. Physical examination and medical history are important in reaching a diagnosis.
Take care and regards.
1. no visible stone-like structure seen in your kidney, ureter and urinary bladder.
2. The round-shape structure in left side of your pelvis is a calcium deposit in the vein.
3. Nothing out of the ordinary presented along the bony structures
I hope that helps. Sounds like you have a bit of calcification in your vein which located in your pelvis. I'm not sure if the vein is related to your kidney or any other part of your urinary system or not.
