Multiple Stones-One large one, stones on both sides?

I have been in pain for some time (months) but finally went to the Dr  last week and told her my left side has been bothering me!  
Had a CT Scan and I was told I have multiple small stones and one 8mm stone that is blocking in the kidney.  

Well it's the weekend and now my right side is hurting badly!  That is the OTHER side!  She didn't do a CT Scan of that side!!!  It feels a lot like the left side!  So I'm thinking the right side has kidney stones as well!  

So it's the weekend and both sides hurt and to make it even better my muscles are cramping up.  Is that related?  I'm clueless to the kidney stone world!  I'm a first timer!  What is better to take? Tylenol or Motrin?  I'm hurting!

Yeah I'm too cheap for that, unless I'm running a fever or am told a good reason for having to go, I will not.
