On second look

What does >60 GFR mean?

Is that good.

I went to this website and it said that >60 gfr along with blood or protein in the urine can indicate stages 1-2 of CKD. Is this true?

when the gfr is greater than 60 then the fittlring process is doing its job..but if it drops below 59 then the cretine goes to 2.0   witch the reff  range is  0.,6-1.2   if it say gets to 2.0  then you need to see a specialist..

I think it's unfortunate, but I've had more than one test result come back this way- above 60 without telling the actual number.  If that's all your lab result said, you can try calling, as I did this last time to find out your EXACT GFR number.  Turned out mine was pretty decent for someone in my age category.  What your GFR should be does go by age category.
