Purpura henoch schonlein and H1N1 Vaccine

I've previously had Vasculitis / Purpura henoch schonlein a few years ago, and i wasnt one of the mild cases as i had the problem for around 2 years until it went away.

I was wondering since the H1N1 Vaccine also causes the same disease on RARE occasions, should i take it?
I'm gonna go on a plane to Australia in a week's time, and i wanted to get the shot just in case, but this is making me wonder if i should.

Does your son still have hives?   If so, do the instances of hives come when it appears that his immune system may be fighting a cold, etc.?   Are you getting the flu vaccine ths year?

My son also got HSP about 1 month to 6 weeks after vacination.  He is still having severe problem with his kidneys now.  If any one else sees this web page please post your problems here.

I got HSP shortly after I received the H1N1 vaccine about a year ago.  I'm relieved to hear that yours went away after 2 years.  I can't wait until mine goes away, it's driving me crazy.
